Create embellishments with 3D Foam Circle Frames. Customize to wear your adhesive on the outside and cover with metallic transfer foil, glitter, pigment powder, flock, and even embossing powder. This high-density foam can be heat embossed! 3D Foam Circle Frames work great for shaker features on cards. Frame up photos, quotes, and stamped images for extra attention and dimension. Perfect for scrapbook pages, cards, and mixed media projects. Strong permanent adhesive on both sides of the foam creates a permanent, dimensional bond that holds securely.
