A stencil of sprinkled dots creates a fun pattern pattern to serve as the backdrop for your cards, journal pages and mixed media projects.
Measuring 6” x 6”, Hero Arts laser-cut stencils are made of thick frosted mylar. Use a paintbrush, ink pad, dauber, or spray to transfer the design to your favorite media.
